Straight up: this is our own index of 20 drivers, not the official list. It is good at spotting drivers built and sold as non-conforming. It cannot certify that your club is legal — conformance is specific to model and loft, and a head can be altered or drift out of spec. For an answer you can take to a competition, use the USGA's List of Conforming Driver Heads, updated 08:00 EST every Monday.

Reading the verdict
Non-conforming means the thing was built outside the Rules on purpose — oversized head, face hotter than the limit, that kind of outlaw. We are confident about these because the manufacturers brag about it. The result tells you which limit got broken.
Listed conforming means we have it recorded as a legal release. That is not a certification, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Check your exact model and loft on the official list before you tee it up in anything that counts.
No match means it is not in our index. That tells you nothing either way — the index is small and does not mirror the full USGA lists yet.
Your driver is probably legal, sorry
If you bought it new from a major manufacturer, it was almost certainly built to conform — and built to sit just under the ceiling on purpose, because every microsecond of CT is free ball speed. Submission is still the manufacturer's choice though, and conformance is recorded per model and loft, not per brand.
Then there's drift, which is the genuinely fun one. Titanium fatigues. A face that measured 250µs new can creep past 257 after a few thousand swings, which means your driver can go illegal purely from being used.
